Spotless hotel, good hot breakfast, the location is incredible short walk to two tube stations on different lines, many central attractions, like the London and Tower Bridges, among others and restaurants and grocery stores. The atmosphere of the property is family! High standard and newly renovated rooms with a bath are accompanied by good service.

Our stay was really really nice, thoroughly enjoyed classic and delicious breakfasts.
The hotel was clean and pleasant, had marvellous views of the sunset. Magnificent central location really close to attractions/ tube. Quick bites Tortilla Bankside was located 5 minutes walk away. Our room was bright and neat, it had hypoallergenic pillows. The overall atmosphere was family, yet some staff members were very rude.

The location was business and close to a museum and a cathedral. I visited restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Booked a room with CAPTIVATING views of the sunset.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. The location is perfect and the breakfast is great!
There were three of us in the room, unfortunately, the extra bed was completely uncomfortable.

The location close to the Millenium bridge is great. About 8 minutes to the subway.
Breakfast is ok, also in price, but the coffee is really bad. If necessary one should take it around the "corner" and have breakfast directly at the Thames.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was not big but very quiet. The bathroom was very nice for that. The subway is within walking distance of the hotel. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby.

The bedroom was good for a 5 day trip but if longer (1 week or more) could have chosen a bigger room and the staff were very helpful taking care and attention to my 11 year old son. I liked the Nespresso and tea at the end of the day, and also the morning paper.
Having to pay for the breakfast without it being included in the room price, as the majority of hotels in London do. The wake up call failed for one day but all in all the staff was helpful, except for information on buses as I and my 11 year old son had to walk to/from the hotel and Southwark underground station for the first 2 days, until I discovered a bus stop just outside the hotel, which I thought was supposed to be only for tourist buses, and that was quite tiring.
